Captain Ethan Lundy 
Growing up in South Africa, Captain Ethan began sailing where the powerful South Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet at the Cape of Good Hope. He started his maritime career aboard superyachts in the Mediterranean before moving into sailing large catamarans throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas.

Ethan enjoys a wide range of activities on the water, including leading dives as a Divemaster, freediving, and fishing. He also takes pride in crafting cocktails for every occasion, using fresh ingredients to create drinks that pair perfectly with the surrounding beaches and clear blue water.

His passion for the sea, thoughtful service, and creating memorable experiences led him to run all-inclusive charters in the Bahamas, a destination he has come to love. Whether planning around the tides to explore beautiful sandbars, identifying marine life during a snorkel, or switching off the engines for a peaceful sunset sail, Ethan is always willing to go the extra mile to make each charter special.

Chef Daniella Smith
Chef Daniella brings a warm, guest-focused energy to every charter. With experience aboard 60-foot catamarans, she confidently caters for groups of all sizes, preparing beautifully presented meals tailored to individual preferences and dietary needs.

Originally from South Africa, Daniella holds a Master’s degree in Women and Children’s Health from King’s College London, along with a strong foundation in nutrition. This background naturally shapes her cooking style, which centers on vibrant, well-balanced dishes that feel both nourishing and indulgent.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization, Daniella helps maintain a seamless and polished onboard environment. Beyond the galley, she enjoys any opportunity to join guests in the water and share in the experience.

Her calm, caring presence helps guests feel welcome and at ease from the moment they arrive. Combined with her love for the ocean and fresh, flavorful cuisine, Daniella brings warmth, professionalism, and thoughtful service to every charter.
