ships, traversing the world's vast oceans. Now, as a USCG 100 Ton Captain with over a
decade of experience in the greater Caribbean, Brian ensures your journey is a
seamless blend of safety and exploration. His adventurous spirit shines through in the
personalized itineraries he crafts, catering to your desire for high-octane thrills or serene

ELENA - YOUR CULINARY ARTIST:
With a spirit that awakens in the open, Elena's love for nature extends far beyond the
land. After traveling to over forty countries, her journey led her from the majestic peaks
of Switzerland to the vibrant coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific. This worldly perspective
translates to her culinary artistry as well.
Growing up in an international household, her dishes are a symphony of flavors, infused
with French influences and the exotic spices gleaned from her travels. Elena caters to
individual dietary needs, crafting heart-warming dishes from the simplest ingredients,
always using eco-friendly practices.
