We use organic/locally grown produce when available. We provide guests with reef friendly sunscreen and bath products/toiletries. We provide filtered water to limit single use plastics. We provide re-usable water/beverage tumblers to limit plastic/disposable cup use. We use marine/reef friendly dish soap and cleaning products for the interior and exterior of the yacht.\ We use re-usable grocery bags. Stainless steel straws and reusable water bottles. Inspiring our guests on the importance of the preservation of our oceans and the beautiful islands in which we vacation.

CAPTAIN: Bogdan (Bibo) Buse
CHEF: Gabriela August
STEW/DECK HAND: Freelance Crew will be appointed for this position for the remainder of 2025/26 season.


Bogdan, better known as Bibo, grew up in Romania and spent six years serving as an officer in the Romanian Armed Forces. That experience shaped his calm, steady approach, strong leadership skills, and ability to stay cool under pressure - all qualities that serve him well as a captain.

In 2021, Bibo made the move into sailing and quickly fell in love with life on the water. Since then, he’s sailed extensively around the Mediterranean, drawn to its stunning coastlines, hidden anchorages, and the simple freedom of being at sea. Over the past three years, he’s worked full-time in the charter world, completing multiple seasons as a professional captain on sailing and motor yachts.

Beyond captaining, Bibo has been hands-on with every side of yacht operations - from deliveries across the Med to charter turnarounds, base operations, and shipyard refits. This has given him solid technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused mindset that keeps the yacht running smoothly and guests worry-free.

Onboard, Bibo is known for his calm presence and easygoing nature. He creates an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and at home - whether that’s enjoying a quiet swim in a secluded bay, cruising along a scenic coastline, or taking a spontaneous detour that becomes the highlight of the trip.

Gabriela has been working as a professional yacht chef since the summer of 2024 and absolutely loves what she does. She’s all about creating memorable onboard experiences through fresh, flavorful food and warm, attentive hospitality.
Since going full-time at sea, she’s worked on both private and charter yachts throughout the Mediterranean and has completed over 40 charters across the 2024/2025 seasons. The experience has only deepened her passion for sailing, cooking, and hosting guests.

She’s dedicated, adaptable, and thrives in the ever-changing rhythm of charter life. Whether it’s catering to dietary preferences or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, Gabriela takes pride in making every guest feel relaxed, cared for, and completely at home onboard.

Together, Gabriela and Bibo share a love for adventure and exploration. They balance fun with professionalism and attention to detail, making sure each charter feels effortless, seamless, and unforgettable.

So Well taken Care Of


Emil, Sophie & Antigua,

At almost 69, I can truly state that I have never been so well taken care of and made to feel so special every moment of this trip. Emil’s knowledge, confidence and his energy was so genuine. Sophie’s food was exceptional and that isn’t really giving the proper context. If Sophie had a restaurant near me, I would not only eat there every week, but I would plead to be an investor. Antigua is an energy that ties it all together, anticipating your every need and so full of joy. Truly an experience unlike any I have ever experienced. Thank you for memories that I will hold dear for the rest of my life.

Best captain ever - from the moment we stepped onboard Bibo made the whole trip feel safe, relaxed, and genuinely special. He’s calm and confident at sea, but also fun and easy to be around.

The food on board exceeded all expectations. Every meal was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly tailored to our preferences. Gabriela truly elevated the entire charter experience.

We’ll remember this adventure for a long time and hope to sail with them again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better captain. From the very start, he was incredibly kind,
knowledgeable, and reliable, which made the whole trip feel effortless and relaxed. He took us to the most beautiful spots and always knew exactly where to go, whether we were in the mood for a lively spot, a chilled evening, or an unforgettable meal at the best local places.

Gabiela brought such a positive, calming energy on board. Meals were thoughtful and beautifully prepared, and it was clear how much care went into making everyone feel comfortable and happy.

They were extremely accommodating and great fun to be around. The entire experience was unforgettable and truly the best time ever. I’d sail with them again in a heartbeat

Bibo was awesome, and honestly he was so good with the kids. Like… unlimited patience. They asked a million questions, wanted to “help” with everything, and he just rolled with it while showing them new games and keeping it fun for the whole week. Super calm, super caring, and somehow he still kept everything running smoothly. The kids were obsessed (in a good way)

So calmly and professionally navigating us through the islands, accommodating our bizarre requests, teaching Baruch to tie rope knots. Not only was the food exceptional, but the care and attention behind every meal made us feel truly looked after. Gabirela was always attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in our experience.

Don't Know Where To Begin

Guys, I honestly don’t even know where to begin.
Jage… although you made me swallow 30 pounds of salt water in the ocean, watching you get bonked with the football was such a highlight. You really are awesome, so hardworking, and just caring. Thank you for keeping us safe and happy. I will miss you.

Best Ever!

This trip was the best ever!

Cana't Say Enough

"We are back. What a week. The boat was great, so comfortable with plenty of common and personal space.

I can’t really say enough about the crew. Father/ son combination of Jage and Damon ran the boat beautifully, were tons of fun, and accommodated anything we needed or wanted. They are the perfect combination of competence, safety, and fun.

Olivia is a total pro and incredibly talented. Catherine said she had never eaten that well for an entire week…ever. The food was incredibly delicious, healthy, and beautifully prepared.

I can’t really imagine beating this one, but we’ll certainly let you try. We’re trying to decide if we’re an every year or every other year BVI family "
